Update on HEEHRA Rebates for Single Family Homes

Income verifications for single family HEEHRA rebates will only be accepted in the Northern region starting January 2, 2026. The Northern California region is expected to be fully reserved in January 2026. Central California HEEHRA rebates for single family home retrofits are expected to be fully reserved by January 2, 2026. The Southern region is also close to fully reserved.

The HEEHRA rebate program divides available funds across three regions of California: Northern, Southern, and Central. You can find your region on this table of counties by HEEHRA budget region.
