This table summarizes remaining budgets for TECH Clean California general incentives, which include market-rate single family incentives as well as multifamily incentives. For information on submitting an incentive reservation, please visit our Incentives landing page.
Notes regarding additional budget allocation as of January 2023:
- In September 2022, budget bill AB 179 allocated $50M to the CPUC to expand TECH to benefit all CA residents, regardless of whether they reside within the territory of a gas IOU. Funding is expected to be available in Q1 2023.
- The administration, senate, and assembly have committed to fund TECH at $95M for fiscal year 23/24, based on current revenue projections.
